Philanthropist and Businesswoman, she is the Co-Founder and Board Chair, the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation; Mrs. Dell was born Susan Lynn Lieberman; one of three children born to Marilyn Eli and Zelig Zeck Lieberman. She has two brothers Steve and Randy Lieberman, who work in real estate and venture capitals respectively.
Susan studied fashion design and merchandising at Arizona State University in Tempe; subsequently, she worked for Trammel Crow.
She met her husband in February 1988, through a client. They started dating, became engaged in the Spring of 1989 and by October that same year, they were married.
