Lisa Storie Avenatti was once the wife of high profile attorney, Michael Avenatti; the same guy who represents Stormy Daniel in her fight against President Donald Trump.
Lisa’s ex-husband has no doubt Donald Trump will be unable to stay in his job before his term ends in January 2021. Avenatti who was hired by former porn star Stormy Daniel is widely considered one of the foremost trial lawyers in the nation, with trial victories in multiple states and venues across the country.
According to his website, the California native born February 16, 1971; graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia with a major in Political Science. He later attended law school at George Washington University, where he graduated Order of the Coif, first in his class.
However, his private life doesn’t seem to have had the same success.

#1 She is a businesswoman
According to her LinkedIn page, Lisa Storie Avenatti is the owner of luxury clothing business, Ikaria Resort Wear. She previously worked at Consulting, Global Baristas and at Demandware –where she served as director of digital strategy.
#2 She holds a master
According to Daily Entertainment News, Lisa Storie Avenatti was born in January 1969. She attended The Paul Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine –where she obtained her master of business administration in 2005.
#3 She kicked her husband out of the house
According to Orange County, California court documents, Lisa-Storie Avenatti, kicked him out of their house in December 2017 and changed the locks.
Michael has already been living in a luxury apartment building in Century City, with his young girlfriend Mareli Miniutti, two months prior to Lisa’s divorce petition.

Michael and Lisa Storie Avenatti had been married since 2011 and during their marriage, they welcomed a son, born in 2014. They share custody of their young child.
Lisa filed for divorce in November 2017; an Orange County Superior Court judge ordered Avenatti to pay Storie $31,981 per month in child support and $124,398 per month in spousal support, retroactive to January of this year; according to court records. Avenatti was also ordered again to pay Storie’s attorney and accounting fees.
In the divorce papers, it’s noted her monthly expenses include tens of thousands of dollars for restaurants, shopping, entertainment, gifts, housekeepers, laundry and $12,000 for nannies for the couple’s young son.
He paid child support, but no spousal support nor did he paid for her attorney’s fees; Avenatti claimed Lisa has access to a number of assets as well as a community bank account containing $900,000. Lisa refutes his claim.
“I filed for divorce in November 2017,” she said.
“From November 2017 to May 2018, Michael did not pay any form of support. There was and is no joint account with $900,000. The number is absolutely absurd. I did have personal savings that I used to support us.”
#5 She accused him of Being a Dead Beat Dad!
In March 2019, Lisa accused her ex of not only failing to pay $146k in child support for their four-year-old son but also stopping payments on his healthcare plan.
“Michael was partying with Bill Clinton last week, he regularly hob-knobs with celebrities and the wealthy and jets all over the country, but he still refuses to pay to support his four-year-old son. He’s nothing but a dead beat dad. He’s a fraud and a liar.”
“To see him standing next to young victims of abuse and representing children at the border, championing their cause, makes me sick when he doesn’t care about his own child. It’s callous. What kind of person does that?”
Avenatti has denied Lisa’s accusations.
“There is not a single court order showing that I owe her anything more than she has already received,” he said.
“I have paid over $331,000 in the last 12 months in child support alone for a 4-year-old. $331,000! I have also paid millions more in spousal support.”
“This was a short term marriage and Lisa is trying to ensure she doesn’t have to work again because she is unable to cope with her addiction;” he claimed without further elaboration. “I hope she gets the help she needs.”
