Sharon Mobley Stow
Sharon Mobley Stow was until recently married to CNN reporter, Jim Acosta –whose press pass was revoked by the White House.
Sharon’s ex-hubby serves as CNN’s chief White House correspondent, however the 47-year-old found his entry to the White House barred after a heated exchange with President Trump during a press conference last week.
The White House said the reason to revoked Acosta’s pass was because he placed his hands on a White House intern.
Abilio James Acosta was born April 17, 1971; he holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and a minor in political science from James Madison University.
He began his journalism career with WMAL-AM radio in Washington, before making the transition to television. He was a reporter and substitute anchor for WBIR-TV in Knoxville, Tenn., from 1995 to 1998. For the next two years he moved to KTVT-TV, the CBS-owned station in Dallas. From 2000 to 2001, he was a reporter and substitute anchor for WBBM-TV.
He then became a correspondent for CBS Newspath, the network’s 24-hour news service, from 2001-2003. Originally based in New York, he later relocated to the CBS bureau in Atlanta. He joined CNN in March of 2007.

Acosta and Sharon Mobley Stow tied the knot in 1993 after meeting while in college. The marriage of over two decades came to an end in 2017. They were married for a total of 24-years.
