Sheila Folmer

Sheila Folmer is the longtime wife of disgraced politician, Michael Folmer -who until recently served as a Pennsylvania state senator.

Sheila’s 63-year-old Republican is facing charges of possession of child pornography.
According to reports, authorities received a tip and conducted a search warrant on the suspect’s phone where images of child pornography were found.
The senator, who goes by Mike Folmer has been hit with charges including sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography, and criminal use of a communication facility.

Folmer was elected as senator in 2006 and was elected to a fourth term in November. He also served as chair of the Pennsylvania Senate State Government.
Also an entrepreneur he is best known for the 87-year-old, landmark produce store that bore his family name in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. A former financial consultant, sales manager and Lebanon City Council member (Director of Public Safety)- he is as well a founding member of the Constitutional Organization of Liberty (COOL).

Sheila and her longtime husabnd share two grown children, son Michael; and daughter Elizabeth Meyer.

#2 She is a native of Lebanon, Pennsylvania

Sheila was born on December 12, 1955 to parents, Christine S. Swoyer and Thomas P. Swoyer. She and her husband share a home in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

#3 Her mother died at age 74 in 2006

Sheila’s mom, Christine S. Swoyer died in 2006. According to an obituary Chris Swoyer, 74, of 933 Church St., Lebanon, died Wednesday, April 12, 2006, in The Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born February 16, 1932, in Berry, Alabama. She was a factory worker in the manufacturing trade.

#4 Her sister died two years ago

Sheila’s only sister, Jenean K. Kreiser died in 2017 at Spang Crest Manor. She was 55 at the time.

#5 Sheila is a proud grandmother

In addition to her two children Sheila Folmer and her husband have at least seven grandchildren. On social media, she can be found as Sheila Swoyer Folmer.
