Jill Dilosa has always been an independent woman. She was born in 1977.  At the age of fifteen, she left her parents house. She attended Tulane University. She took public transportation and shopped at discount stores while she amassed her fortune as a hedge fund analyst. “Even if you earn $1 million a year, you’ll be worth zero if you spend it all,” says DiLosa, who retired a millionaire at age 27.

In 2006, Jill was on the television show Wall Street Warriors, where she was known as the Analyst. She was on for only one season.

At some point, she married Robert S. Merritt who is presently 61. Tracy Britt, an exec at Benjamin Moore, was forced to fire her friend Jill’s husband as CEO of Benjamin Moore because it was alleged that he sexually harrassed female employees. Robert was formerly working for Outback Restaurants, where he served for a number of years in different capacities.

We don’t know where her friendship with Tracy is going to go from here, or for that matter, where her marriage is headed. But she seems to be a smart gal and it’s for sure she’ll figure it out.
