- 31-year-old Aline Marie Massel born in Germany, but now a New York resident, represented Hamburg at the 2012 Miss Germany beauty pageant in Berlin. Aline became the spokesmodel for Tesla Cars in 2016. (video below).

- She started an affair with married Robert Charles Gibbins (who FYI allegedly gave her HPV) after meeting him at the Le Bilboquet in June 2014. He told he was single; but he accepted he had a wife after Mrs. Gibbins texted Massel, although he told her he planned to divorce his wife.
- Massel said she became pregnant in July 2015; but he pushed her to get an abortion, his wife also texted her after she found out, she was pregnant.
“he would not be there for her in any respect if she chose to keep the baby,” while his lawyer offered her money to have an abortion and warned “how difficult it would be to raise a child alone,” the suit says.

- She eventually terminated the pregnancy after someone hired by Gibbins started to follow her in Germany, she believes he was concern about her telling people about his business affairs, which included his fail attempt to buy a Ukrainian bank.
