From his early beginnings in Pakistan to his college years in London and the many people, companies Mr. Usman Hanif encountered throughout his traveling as the accomplished entrepreneur he has become; and this is how he amassed his success.

Mr. Usman Hanif was born and raised in Gujranwala, one of Pakintan’s most populous cities; Mr. Hanif’s industrial hometown is located in Punjab province and where he completed his O levels, A levels, and introductory level of ACCA before heading to London, his dream city, hub of Europe where he graduated from HULT International Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business.

Mr. Hanif and a college friend co-founded sheerfootball.com, his first entrepreneur project that taught him the two valuable lessons that helped him get up from failure with an aim for success.

In his own words Mr. Usman Hanif tells us how these three lessons will help you achieve success if you don’t want to become one of those people who came up with a great idea, but for no reason they didn’t stood up from the others and ended up becoming a ghost.

“Any business requires your 100% attention, anything less will cause you problems – for example, not paying attention to the decisions you make can put your business in a lot of risk.”

“You have to make sure your team shares your passion and is able to figure out a solution to a problem if it arises – imagine that your business is facing a legal challenge. If your team panics and loses control, the challenge will most certainly cost you a lot. But if your team is efficient and focused, you can take the right measures to overcome the challenge.”

“Don’t try to be like your competitor. You have to offer something more than what your competitor is offering. If you spend time concentrating on what your competitor is doing and trying to be like them you won’t be able to figure out how your business can stand out itself.”

Mr. Hanif’s easiness for diversity, innovation and socializing is what helped his business succeed over his competitors, and you can accomplish it too.
